Please note that physical activity promotion activities will not involve specific physiotherapy recommendations and will not be billed as physiotherapy services. However, some group based classes may be eligible (initial assessments of group members will need to be completed to check for eligibility).

In-home Physiotherapy Services
(Downtown Ottawa)
This is a 1:1 treatment-based service with evidence-informed recommendations delivered within your home environment. My aim is to support you or your child with meaningful goals that will improve function and quality of life.

Due to my current schedule, I am currently only able to provide the following:

Mobility services for individuals ​with palliative conditions (optimizing mobility safety through use of equipment, finding comfortable positions, getting in and out of bed more easily, getting outside, playing with children/grandchildren, developing and achieving meaningful mobility-related goals etc)

Please note: ​I love supporting recovery through movement programs that include aspects of yoga, motor imagery, and functional exercises!

Cost:
60 minute assessment: 130$
60 minute treatment: 120$
90 minute treatment: 160$
30 minute treatment: 70$

Payment can be made after the visit (1) online using a credit card, or via e-transfer, or (2) in-person via cash or cheque. A receipt for services will be provided, which can then be submitted to your health insurance company. Please note that some insurance companies require a physician prescription for physiotherapy visits to be covered.
